| Mission |
The IOWO is a multi-functional advice bureau, dealing mostly with problems of higher education, vocational and adult oriented training. We advise policy & decision-makers, managers, and teachers on methods for optimising education, management and organization. Thirty professionals (training & organisational specialists, experts in innovative methods, researchers and trainers) together apply their skills for local and national educational organisations and ministries. Aside from providing advice on innovations, we also help with the implementation thereof. We distinguish six fields of orientation: a. Educational Innovations b. Human Resource Development (HRD); c. Quality Control; d. Institutional research focused on education e. Management & Organisation; f. Performance measurement of education.The IOWO, affiliated with the Radboud University Nijmegen (RU), is a well-known and respected bureau, active in large-scale projects dealing with educational change and organisational developments |
