| Mission |
The OSPT aims at: |* Strengthening of the Process Technology in the Netherlands; |* Strengthening of the research through stimulation and coordination of research programs; |* Stimulation of top research; |* Coordination of education and initiation of advanced graduate courses on Process Technology for PhD-students, designers and interested professionals from industry; |* Promoting international contacts by inviting visiting teachers and top researchers and creating networks for collaboration; |* Providing an interface between the process industry and the universities through direct contacts and an industrial advisory board; |* Acquisition of funds for R&D and education programs of the school. |Important axes of research are: physical transport phenomena, chemical reaction engineering, separation technology, process integration / development and the input of these disciplines in multi-disciplinary projects. |
