Wageningen UR Livestock Research is an internationally operating knowledge partner for the livestock industry. Together with governmental authorities, the business community and societal organisations, it is our aim to be at the basis of pioneering and innovative developments for the agricultural sector. Not just for now, but for future generations. We develop knowledge for a sustainable and profitable livestock sector, translate this into practice-oriented solutions and innovations, and ensure that this knowledge is passed on. Together with our clients, and on the basis of practical experience, we integrate our scientific know-how in the areas of livestock systems and of the nutrition, genetics, welfare and environmental impact of farm animals to produce livestock concepts for the 21st century. |
