| Mission |
The Prinses Beatrix Spierfonds is a Dutch charity dedicated to curing all neuromuscular diseases. Our means to this end is scientific research. We promote and fund research seeking better treatments and cures and, since this is often a long process, also try to improve daily care and the quality of life. We are able to do this thanks to donations and to the efforts of many volunteers. |

Een onafhankelijke multidisciplinaire Wetenschappelijk Advies Raad beoordeelt een maal per jaar zo'n 20-30 aanvragen voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Hieruit worden jaarlijks 6 -10 onderzoeken, voor zowel post-docs als AIO's, gesubsidieerd. |
