Farm Technology focuses at design of farm machinery, equipment, farm structures and management tools to be used forproduction at farm level in relation to technical, biological and socio-economic parameters and on environmental and (animal) welfare aspects. Major developments in agricultural engineering need careful assessment studies onsystem, sub-system, process and product level and there after design of improvedor new systems and /or optimisation. Application of information technology in these systems is included. |
