TI Food and Nutrition is a leading research organisation in food and nutrition. In TI Food and Nutrition industry, science and government collaborate in strategic research to generate scientific breakthroughs. These result in the development of innovative and tasty food products that meet the global challenges of healthy diets and sustainable food production. The annual turnover is 25 million euros. The partners are: Cargill, Centraal Bureau Levensmiddelenhandel (CBL), Chr. Hansen, CRV, CSK food enrichment, CSM, Danone, DSM, Federatie Nederlandse Levensmiddelenindustrie (FNLI), FrieslandCampina, Fromageries Bel, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Philips Research, Productschap Zuivel, The Kellogg Company, Unilever, VION Food Group and Wrigley; ACTA Dental Research, Maastricht University / MUMC+, NIZO food research, TNO, University of Groningen / UMCG and Wageningen UR (University & Research centre). The research is co-funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. |
