| Mission |
The TwICoR research programme aims at high-quality research of communication processes within and between organisations. Affiliated staff focuses on communication from a behavioural science perspective with a strategic impact: this approach results in testing theoretical concepts in applied settings, thus contributing to both theory development and the design of practical interventions. TwICoR hosts four research themes, corresponding to the expertise of staff within the participating departments: - Marketing Communication and Consumer Psychology (persuasive communication, communication within and from service organisations and (perceived) quality of services); - Media, Communication and Organization (the network society, communication by public institutions, and individual use of digital media); |- Psychology and Communication of Health and Risk (health promotion, communication interventions for patients with chronic diseases, riskperception and |-communication, patient education and counseling, e-health); and |- Technical and Professional Communication (user support, evaluation of organisation communication, usability of internetcommunication) |
