RePub contains the scientific output of staff of the Erasmus University Rotterdam: Books, articles, research papers, datasets, report, etc. RePub contains nearly 17,000 publications of which 70% is available as Open Access (full text) publications (January 2011).

RePub uses in-house developed software written in Python and C++ that glues some open source components: Mercurial (DVCS), Virtuoso (triple-store) and Solr (indexer). We use RDF as our dataformat. The software consists of a backend (assetstore, RDF-store, VCS and automagic assignment of metadata) and a repository front-end (website and services).
