Abstract

Clinical follow-up studies will be performed of well-defined groups of congenital abnormalities of the urogenital system. The following abnormalities will be studied: the urethral valves and duplications of the ureter and kidney, and obstruction of pyelum. Genetic localisation studies are started in several congenital disorders such as obstruction pyelum-ureter.
