| In this project the application and enforcement of EC law by national courts will be researched from a comparative perpective. It will be examined whether and in which way the criteria formulated by the Court of Justice for the application of national rules of procedure, such as the requirements of effectiveness and non-discrimination (the so-called Rewe/Comet doctrine), influence several central themes of national laws of (administrative) procedure. The member states concerned are Germany, France and Great Britain. |
