| Before effective implementation of a guideline can take place, the barriers and facilitators should be identified and addressed. The aim of this study is to explore the barriers and facilitators perceived by specialists in using disease-oriented guidelines for outpatients with hypertension, heart failure and gastric disorders. These factors might be used to explain the difference in acceptance and adherence to guidelines. |
