Abstract
This research aims at finding an answer to the question which factors determine the growth rate of a gallstone. With the results of this study it may be possible to prevent the growth of gallstones in the future.

Het onderzoek zoekt een antwoord op de vraag: welke factoren bepalen of een galsteen hard groeit? Met de resultaten kan de groei van galstenen wellicht worden voorkomen.
