Title Perception and action: two sides of the same coin?

Abstract

Our brain receives sensory information about our direct environment and about our position in it. Neuroscientists have found evidence that this information is separately processed to serve perception and to guide actions. In this project we try to answer the question whether the sensory information is processed twice or that perception and action use different aspects of the same information.
