| This research aims at improving medical product development projects (shorter time-to-market, or development time) without loss of quality and safety by adding and integrating knowledge management to the management methods used. It analyses the knowledge creation, utilization, and transfer of the persons who cooperate in these projects to realize the new medical project. For this purpose, 4 projects are studied longitudinally. The research covers the university and SME stage of a medical product development project. |
