| Aim of study for this dissertation, is to be able to answer the question whether the development of normative principles for Good Clinical Practice (think of the legal restriction for health purposes only in article 12 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, 1996, concerning predictive genetic testing) with regard to new clinical applications of preimplantation genetic diagnosis and embryo-selection, should be merely left to the medical profession or to the legislator, because of a public interest, recognizing both ethical-legal principles of reproductive freedom as well as medical responsibility in the reproductive health care. |
