There is a need for rapid and integrated advice in cases of accidents with possible consequences for the human and animal population, the environment and food safety.
Objectives:
* to build and optimize an organization of expert institutes that can give rapid advice in cases of accidents;
* to practice and thus test and optimize the team of experts;
* to give rapid advice in case of incidents;
* to increase the knowledge with respect to certain types of incidents. |
