| This project aims to gather fundamental knowledge about how information should be represented and the role of trust in this representation. An important difference in the way information can be displayed is the difference between statistical and singular information. Singular information is a verbal description such as personal advice or an anecdote. Statistical information is represented with statistical data such as base-rate information. One of the main goals of this project is to investigate the differences between singular and statistical descriptions. |
