| ToKeN is a multidisciplinary NWO research programme, in which cognition and computer scientists focus on fundamental problems affecting the interaction between human beings on the one hand, and knowledge and information systems on the other hand. The research programme is based on three clusters of scientific interest: user aspects, aspects of data and databases, and aspects regarding knowledge upgrading and knowledge transfer. In the period 2000-2008 these clusters will be elaborated in three public application areas: 1. Education and Culture; 2. Law enforcement and the Judicial system; 3. Health Care. |
