| The department of Oncological Gynaecology participates, in collaboration with the departments of Medical Oncology and Radiotherapy, in various (multicentered) clinical trials and EORTC trials with respect to ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, vulvar cancer, and endometrial cancer. In addition, a clinical study in patients with high risk ovarian cancer is performed in the AVL/NKI. Translational Research In collaboration with the department of Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Pathology, and Medical Oncology protein profiles of ovarian cancer are studied using mass spectrometry techniques.
