Samenvatting (EN)

The objective of this project is to develop and evaluate high throughput approaches based on DNA or RNA that can be used as biomarkers for the activity of the human GI-tract microbiota. The focus will be mainly on the microbial transcriptome using the RNA fingerprinting technique cDNA Amplified Length Polymorphism (cDNA-AFLP)
