Abstract

Aim This project will investigate the role of several dietary fatty acids on gene regulation in the liver, with focus on PPAR¿ and the involvement of possible cofactors. The use of a PPAR¿ knock-out mouse in combination with microarrays is a powerful first step to study the involvement of this nuclear receptor.
