Abstract

Neuroimaging studies on cue-reactivity and craving have been limited to alcohol, nicotine, cocaine and metamphetamine dependent subjects. These studies have consistently found abnormalities in the OFC. In the current study, abstinent heroin dependent patients are tested simultaneously using SPECT and fMRI.
