| Teacher training is challenged by the intake of a diverse group of student teachers who already work in schools, but still are not certified as a teacher. They vary in their learning objectives, learning needs and background. Such a heterogeneous group brings a new challenge to professional dvelopment of teachers, and their collaboration with colleagues.
