| The study commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs provides an overview of law and policy on digital constitutional rights. Which challenges and problems do the constitutional rights to privacy (including privacy of home, body, and communications) and freedom of speech face, given the use of ICT (Internet, biometrics, RFID, mobile communication, e-mail and new technologies)? The comparative study focuses on developments since 2000 in six countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, USA, and Canada. |
