The goal of the project is to increase pork supply chain food quality performance by introducing performance-oriented cost efficient inter-company steering mechanisms. Therefore, this project aims to develop a method to design performance-oriented cost efficient inter-company steering mechanisms depending on the vertical supply chain coordination system and performance measurement system.
