| The legal systems of the EU Member-States are influenced by the European Union and its policy goals. This influence is felt in the field of criminal law, which more than any other field of law reflects national characteristics. This research project aims at mapping the European influence on Dutch prosecutorial policy and attempting to answer questions that stem from this development. |
