| A qualitative study of the criminalisation of Anti-Social Behaviour. In order to prevent disorder and anti-social behaviour in Dutch innercities often the supposed succes of the ASBO's (Anti Social behaviour Order) is cited. By comparing two casestudies (one in the UK, one in Holland) questions like if, why and in what manner has disorder been criminalised in these two countries, wil be adressed. |
