In nature there are many sugars with very different structures. They are therefore difficult to identify. In this project we use a combination of laser techniques and other analitical techniques to face this challenge.

In de natuur voorkomende suikers zijn zeer divers van structuur en daardoor moeilijk te identificeren. In dit project wordt een combinatie van lasertechnieken en andere analytische technieken toegepast om deze uitdaging aan te gaan.
