Abstract

Objective. Develop robust, generic methodology for characterization of interface delamination in microsystems with varying thermo-hygro-mechanical loading histories. Requirements: Full range of mode mixity with single specimen configuration; Constant mode mixity during crack propagation with stable crack growth; Bimaterials with different elastic mismatches and thickness ratios; Mimic actual loading on very small specimens.
