Abstract

[Stakeholders and their knowledge-requirements]:
There is a need for expert laboratories that can assist in the analysis of suspected objects or during terrorist attacks.
[Objectives]:
to build an organization that can respond rapidly to the request for analysis of samples;
to practice, test and optimize this organization;
to assist during incidents.
[Results and products]:
A professional well-trained organization that can respond quickly to a request for assisting with the analysis of unknown samples for a variety of potential agents.

Abstract (NL)

[Doelgroep en kennisbehoefte doelgroep]:
Er is behoefte aan specifieke analysecapaciteit die kan worden ingezet bij verdachte objecten en mogelijke terreuraanslagen, eventueel uit te breiden naar de voedselketen.
[Doelstelling van het onderzoek]:
Het LLN-TA is een netwerk van laboratoria dat kan worden ingezet bij verdachte objecten en terreuraanslagen. De coördinatie berust bij het RIVM die op basis van een eerste analyse een beroep kan doen op de specifieke expertise van een laboratorium. Er wordt daarbij uitgegaan van een 7x24 bereikbaarheidsdienst.
[Aanpak en tijdpad ]:
Het LLN-TA is continu in ontwikkeling ten aanzien van haar organisatie. Zo wordt er gewerkt aan een nieuwe integrale website (ICAWEB). Daarnaast wordt deelgenomen aan oefeningen.
[Resultaten en producten]:
bijdrage aan het LLN-TA door middel van een bijdrage aan de organisatiestructuur (via Expertgroep);
deelname aan oefeningen;
eventueel uit te voeren analyses worden apart in rekening gebracht (t.l.v. LNV).
[Doorwerking resultaten naar doelgroepen]:
De activiteiten resulteren in een verbetering van de slagvaardigheid van de organisatie ten aanzien van terreuraanslagen.
