Abstract (NL)

Aim of the Quality Pork Chains-project (QPC): analysis and redesign of pork chains across Europe, through the entries (modules): Consumer and Citizen; Farm, chain, Genomics; meat technology, knowledge integration, Stakeholder participation; knowledge dissemination. QPC-Module Farm level Sustainability: identification, development and application of techniques to enhance farm level sustainability in pork production. 2007: Chain inventory.
