| The project aims to develop high affinity inhibitors of an ectopically expressed kinase involved in skin and prostate cancer and will cover nearly the entire scope of preclinical drug discovery. The drug discovery pathway will utilize highly innovative technologies including new methods for fragment based drug discovery, in silico ligand screening and hit optimisation, structural biology and kinase profiling. |
