| This research theme includes research on the clinical assessment and treatment of undernutrition in hospital patients, nursing home patients and community-dwelling older persons. It also includes nutritional interventions for the prevention and treatment of malnutrition in developing countries and the underlying role of infectious diseases. Finally, we investigate the health consequences of undernutrition and micronutrient deficiencies in older persons. |
