| The Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) is frequently used in order to support standard ambulant care in cases of severe traumatic injury or illness. However, in many cases the HEMS team in cancelled on their way to the traumatic event. In the cancellation analysis of ALARM (Amsterdam Lifeliner Analysis of Results and Methods) the team is aiming to reveal the reason for cancellation with respect to the trauma care chain. |
