Abstract

This study aims to predict the FDG accumulation in invasive breast cancer (before and after chemotherapy) by analyzing tissue expression of various biological parameters involved in the uptake process. Relations between the micro-parameter k1 and GLUT-1 expression and perfusion and between k3 and hexokinase (HK) expression will from the PET scans.
