| This research intends to give an elaborate description, analysis and evaluation of transnational cooperation between administrative authorities in the supervision of European law. It intends to develop general principles of transnational cooperation in a European context which are developed from the experiences of administrative authorities on an operational level as well as from normative principles. The research consists mainly of comparative legal research. |
