Abstract

Sensing and Diagnostics on a chip is a MicroNed project with many partners TU Eindhoven; TU Delft; Plant research Institute, University of Wageningen (PRI); NXP Nijmegen; Philips Eindhoven and ASML Veldhoven. KIT BR has an important role since the consortium will develop a microfluidic assay for amplification free diagnostics for tuberculosis. We will focus on the detection of 16S rRNA. Objectives: The development of microfluidic assays for amplification free diagnostics of Tuberculosis
