In the project Learning with Future from the cluster BO-09: knowledge cooperation between research, education and farmers is stimulated.
Exchange of knowledge between research, farmers and agricultural education is of significance importance for the future. With the implementation of competence oriented education, agricultural education is looking for authentic learning environment for the development of future oriented competences. A more structural collaboration between research, farmers and education in future is needed.
Well trained and skilled farmers are expected to play an education role in the near future, to train students in developing the necessary competences.
Research objectives:
The aim of this project is to stimulate the cooperation between the networks of farmers, research and education. The aims of the project are:
1. To link the network of farmers, researchers and education. This in order to develop a learning area for the needed competences of students.
2. Circulation of knowledge between research and education. This in order to achieve that the experience from practice becomes available for education.
3. Experience for future profession. The experience from the farms in the networks becomes available for students for their future professions.
4. Achieve a structural cooperation between research and education.
5. Test of the concept in which well trained and skilled farmers play an education role in the near future, to train students in developing the necessary competences.
This part of the project in the cluster preservation, production and transition is focussed on the questions from education. |
