| In this project the effects of three forms of integration of Human Resource Management (Integraal Personeelsbeleid; IPB) on teachers professional development are examined. Furthermore, the relative impact of the factors at the individual (project 1), team and organizational (project 2) level are assessed, while considering the forms of integration of IPB as a moderator in the relationship between the factors at individual, team and organizational level and professional development of teachers: the more the three forms are integrated, the stronger relationship between these factors and teachers professional development. |
