Abstract

Aim: To investigate if genotype-based dosing of tacrolimus in renal transplant recipients leads to better short-term clinical outcomes (less acute rejection) and to investigate if the genotype of the kidney donor is related to long-term clinical outcomes (tacrolimus-related nephrotoxicity).
