| PROJECT AIM: Fouling of heat exchange equipment used for the recovery of waste heat is an important constraint with respect to the use of such equipment. Because of fouling, the efficiency of such apparatus drops. In the worst case, fouling leads to total failure of the heat exchanger with enormous economical consequences. In this project, fouling in biomass gasifiers is investigated. |
