| The last decade the number of professionals working in the Dutch economy has grown rapidly. Moreover the economic crisis has hit the sector hard and professionals services firm need to (re) define their focus and show their value creation to customers. This research focuses on the relation between market orientation and the performance of business teams within professional services firms. The five sectors which have been growing fastest the last decade are taken into account in the empirical research of this study. This study will promote a further understanding of the applicability of market oriented concepts and there advantages for professionals service firms. |
