Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to contribute to the development of theory and to provide practical insights in the application of instruments for managing ethical behavior. Organizational architecture refers to three key elements of organizational design: the assignment of decision-making authority (who gets to make what decisions), performance evaluation (how is the performance of employees measured) and compensation structure (how are employees rewarded for meeting perfo The aim of this research is to study the effectiveness of elements of organizational design on the ethical behavior of employees.
