| In his organizational culture construct, Hofstede described a relationship between organizational culture, strategy, structure and control. Huddert & Fisher concluded that organizational social norms have an impact on both desirable and undesirable actions. This project is about how different elements of organizational culture (values, practices and heroes) have an impact on these desirable and undesirable actions through control and structure. Desirable and undesirable actions are considered to be translated in risk and performance. |
