| This is a study on the prevalence of heart failure in nursing homes. THe aims of this project are: - to enlarge the knowledge on the prevalence of HF and its management in Dutch nursing homes and to raise awareness for the importance of this problem; -to improve the diagnostic assessment as well as the treatment of nursing home residents with HF; -to get more insight in the care dependency, care needs and QoL of nursing home residents with HF. |
