| Different fungi produce different enzyme mictures. Several applications (e.g. bio-fuel) require a broad range of enzymes with high activity. In this project we will examine whether the use of mixed cultures of two fungi results in a better enzyme mixtures than was obtained from either of the fungi independently. |
