Description: February 2010 10 Dutch greengrocers will start offering several sustainable food products (organic, regional, Fair Trade, etc) in their stores. At the end of this pilot, consumer-research will show how this increase in the range of products offered by these greengrocers, is perceived by the customers of these stores.
