| This project involves a type of action research that aims to involve new target groups for multifunctional agriculture and their demands explicitly in design processes concerning innovations within multifunctional agriculture. This project aims: (1) to identify wishes and demands concerning multifunctional agriculture of potential new target groups, and (2) to design or redesign some innovations within multifunctional agriculture on the basis of identified societal demands in an interactive way with both multifunctional entrepreneurs and citizens. The most important results and products are: (1) an inventory of wishes and demands of potential new target groups of multifunctional agriculture, laid down in a report, (2) a sustainable link between multifunctional farmers and their environment, and (3) some concrete designs for innovations and/or improvements within multifunctional agriculture, laid down in a brochure. |
