| Reallocation of production activities to low-income countries (offshoring) is one of the most controversial outcomes of globalization. Yet, there is no consensus among economists whether offshoring is good or bad. This project aims to increase our understanding of offshoring by analysing its effects on wages, employment and welfare. |
