| The purpose of this project is to identify molecules expressed by renal dendritic cells that can be used as biomarkers to predict disease activity and prognosis. The ESR will ascertain whether specific molecules or molecular signatures discriminate between DC with specific functions after activation in vitro and use the data obtained to characterize DC infiltrating the kidney in diseases and to relate them to prognosis. |
